Features and Facilities

Ski-In Ski-Out

The Kosciuszko Chalet Hotel is a ski-in ski-out hotel. Jump onto your skis at the front door and head straight to the lifts. There is also an equipment storage area and drying rooms located throughout the hotel.

Rooms

All rooms at the Kosciuszko Chalet Hotel are warm, cozy and comfortable with their own en-suite as well as irons, hairdryers, clock radios and tea & coffee making facilities. All our rooms are serviced daily. We have a number of different configurations to suit your needs from a Standard Room with a queen bed and a bunk bed to our Superior Rooms and Suites with separate bedrooms and en-suites.

Frosty’s Kids Club

Frosty’s Kids Club is for children aged 3-13 yrs and is complimentary for Chalet children. Our fully certified Kids Club staff keep children entertained throughout the day with a range of games, crafts, movies, books and more.

Children’s' Dinner Sitting

Children under 14 years rate includes a special dinner sitting and menu. There is a range of activities for the children from after dinner till 9.00pm. Should you wish to have your children dine with you, there is a surcharge per child per night. Please advise us before arrival should you wish to have your children dine with you for your entire stay.

On Friday and Sunday nights there is a buffet dinner for both adults & children. Sittings are from 6.00pm. If you wish to pre-book for Friday or Sunday evening, please free call reception on 1800 026 369.

Dining

The Kosciuszko Chalet Restaurant is famous for its quality regional a la carte cuisine and excellent wine selection. Be pampered by our professional staff while enjoying some of the best food the mountains has to offer. The Kosciuszko Chalet Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a specially designed children's menu, as well as special dietary or vegetarian meals on request.

Bars

The Kosciuszko Chalet Hotel boasts two excellent bars. Sip cocktails in front of the blazing log fire in the Charlotte Adams Cocktail Bar or head down to the Cellar Bar for an excellent coffee, a game of pool or a schooner of beer.

For all our guests a major feature of their Chalet experience is the service and friendliness of our staff. Here at the Kosciuszko Chalet Hotel we are committed to providing you with the best possible service in a warm and welcoming environment.

Arrivals and Departures

Check in time is from 2.30pm. If you plan to arrive earlier, luggage can be stored in our luggage room whilst you go skiing. If purchased, you will receive lift tickets, lesson and ski hire vouchers. Tickets and vouchers are non transferable and non refundable if lost or misplaced.

Check out time is 9.30am. Late Checkout is available should your room be vacant during the following week. A late Checkout charge is applicable. Luggage can be stored in our luggage room if you wish to ski on the day of your departure.

Credit Card & Cash Facilities

We accept MasterCard & Visa. EFTPOS is also available for settlement of accounts and an ATM is available for cash withdrawals. Cheques are not accepted.

No Smoking

The Chalet is a smoke free hotel.
