Ski-In Ski-Out
The Kosciuszko Chalet Hotel is the premier ski-in ski-out hotel at Charlotte Pass Ski Resort. The Kosciuszko Chalet Hotel offers true ski-in ski-out accommodation. With equipment storage in the foyer and snow at the front door, you can ski straight to the lifts.
Accommodation
All rooms at the Kosciuszko Chalet Hotel offer spectacular valley or mountain views.
Classic Rooms have an ensuite as well as tea/coffee making facilities, iron & ironing board and are serviced daily.
Superior Rooms also have a microwave, bar fridge and toaster. Superior Rooms offer more space and are interconnecting, with a queen bedroom in one room and a bunk bed plus a single bed in the second room.
The Tower Suite has all the facilities of a Superior Room as well as a lounge room located in the iconic tower of the Kosciuszko Chalet Hotel.
Without the distraction of TVs and phones in your room, you can focus on the beauty of the Snowy Mountains region.
Bars & Restaurants
With two bars, a bistro café and a fine dining restaurant, the Kosciuszko Chalet Hotel has something to suit every taste and budget.
Arches Restaurant – The ultimate dining experience in Charlotte Pass. Come in for A la carte lunch or dinner, a delicious buffet on Friday and Sunday nights or a country style buffet breakfast.
Kosi Bar & Bistro – Open every day serving coffee, cold drinks, lunch and snacks. The Kosi Bar & Bistro is the perfect place for a quick bite or taking a break during your ski day.
The Cellar – Open every day and late into the night. The Cellar has great atmosphere for that afternoon beer or game of pool, with live music playing throughout the week.
Adams Cocktail Lounge – Open for après ski every afternoon and still going for that after dinner nightcap. Sit back and relax in leather couches by the roaring fire while our experienced cocktail bartenders make up something just for you.
Live Music
Our expanded entertainment program in 2012 offers live music every week at the Kosciuszko Chalet Hotel. From smooth jazz in the Adams Cocktail Lounge during après ski to raising the roof late at night in the The Cellar – there is always something going on.
Frosty's Kids Club
Frosty’s Kids Club is complimentary for all Hotel guests, entertaining children 3-13 years throughout the day and into the night. Frosty’s offers your children activities, games, arts & crafts which are all supervised by our friendly staff. Frosty’s also offers a separate childrens dinner. Parents can relax knowing their kids are being entertained in a safe, child friendly environment.

Wireless internet is available throughout the Kosciuszko Chalet Hotel, providing high speed ADSL 2+ Broadband. Access cards can be purchased at reception.
New for 2012, coverage has been expanded to cover all guest rooms and public areas of the Hotel.

The Charlotte Pass General Store offers a great selection of souvenirs, postcards, clothing, goggles, sunglasses, groceries, magazines, newspapers, chocolates, soft drinks and alcohol.

After a hard day on the slopes or just for that touch of pampering, the Kosciuszko Chalet Hotel offers an in-house masseuse available for a range of treatments.
Our masseuse also offers facials, manicures and pedicures.
Laundry
The Kosciuszko Chalet Hotel offers a same day laundry service to all guests.

Arrivals and Departures
Check in time is from 2.30pm. If you plan to arrive earlier, luggage can be stored for you whilst you hit the slopes.
Check out time is 9.30am. Luggage can be stored for you in the Hotel if you wish to ski on the day of your departure.
Credit Card & Cash Facilities
We accept MasterCard & Visa. EFTPOS is also available for settlement of accounts and an ATM is available for cash withdrawals. Cheques are not accepted.
No Smoking
All areas of the Kosciuszko Chalet Hotel are non-smoking.
Afternoon High Tea
Enjoy High Tea every afternoon in the Adams Cocktail Lounge. Our High Tea offering includes a range of blends as well as fresh scones and ribbon sandwiches.
On Snow Guarantee^
New for 2012, the Kosciuszko Chalet Hotel is offering a snow guarantee to its guests. If the Kosi Carpet, Osko Carpet & Kosciuszko Triple Chair (to mid station) are not operating due to snow cover 5 days before your arrival, you can transfer your stay to another date in the 2012 season.
The Snow Guarantee is all about giving you peace of mind.
