All Packages include 10% GST, are based on Twin Share Standard Room Rates and are per person.
Single Adult, Family Rooms & Suites attract a surcharge. These rates can be provided on request.
All prices and service are subject to change at the absolute discrection of Charlotte Pass Village Pty Ltd.
Reservation General Terms & Conditions
Deposits A deposit of 50% is required within fourteen (14) days of booking otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. On receipt of a deposit, written verification of the reservation will be forwarded.
Balance The balance is due sixty (60) days prior to your arrival date. Failure to send the balance by the due dates will result in cancellation of the booking.
Amendments Once a deposit has been received, all changes to the original booking will attract a $55 amendment fee per change. This covers the cost of administering amendments. Amendments include name changes, package changes, cancellation of a party or person within a reservation.
Snow Conditions Under no circumstance can Charlotte Pass Village Pty Ltd be held responsible for snow or weather conditions. No holiday package will be re-compensed due to snow conditions. Please be advised, travel insurance will not cover a cancellation based on weather conditions. Charlotte Pass Village Pty Ltd strongly recommends travel insurance.
Cancellations All cancellations must be advised in writing, by fax or e-mail. If cancellation is notified sixty (60) days of more prior to arrival, a refund of your deposit will be made, less a $200.00 cancellation service fee. If cancellation is less than sixty (60) days prior to arrival, all monies paid are forfeited. Kosciuszko Chalet Hotel will not be held responsible for costs, loss of deposits and payments made or other fees incurred due to cancellations resulting from unforeseen circumstances, medical conditions or changes to travel plans. Note: A change of dates is considered a cancellation and may attract cancellation fees.
Refunds Refunds will not be given on “no shows” or any components of a prepaid package (lift passes, ski hire, accommodation, meals etc) that are not utilised.
All dishonored cheques incur a fee of $40.00
