Resort Package General Terms and Conditions
- Accommodation is not included in the prices.
- Packages are only available to purchase prior to arrival or at the Charlotte Pass Guest Services Desk in the Perisher Valley Ski Tube Terminal.
- The 5% discount is only applicable for packages ordered and paid for more than 14 days prior to arrival
- No packages including group lessons are available to children less than 5 years old.
- Pre-purchased packages must have exact days you would like to Ski / Ride nominated.
Payments
The Package Order form must be accompianied by credit card details or a direct deposit confirmation. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. There is a 3.5% surcharge for American Express.
Amendments
Once a package has been purchased, all changes to the original booking will attract a $55 amendment fee per change. Amendments include name and date changes. There is no charge to upgrade your package. Any amendment must occur prior to arrival.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be advised in writing, by fax or e-mail. There are no refunds on pre-paid packages. Charlotte Pass Village Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for costs, loss of deposits and payments made or other fees incurred due to cancellations resulting from unforeseen circumstances, medical conditions or changes to travel plans. No packages will be transferred to future years. Charlotte Pass Village Pty Ltd strongly recommends travel insurance.
Refunds
Refunds will not be given on “no shows” or any components of a prepaid package (Lift Passes, Ski Hire, or Snow Sports School) that are not utilised.
Lost Tickets
Any Lift Ticket or Transport Ticket lost or misplaced will not be replaced refunded under any circumstances.
Snow Conditions
Under no circumstance can Charlotte Pass Village Pty Ltd be held responsible for snow or weather conditions. No package will be recompensed due to snow conditions. Please be advised, travel insurance will not cover a cancellation based on weather conditions.
Oversnow Transport
- All pre-purchased packages include 1 free return transport in and out of the village, provided your package starts the day of or the day after your arrival and your package finishes the day of or the day prior to your departure.
- They do not include unlimited transport in and out of the village
- All Transport must be pre-booked in an out of the Village.
- Guests who do not pre-book transport run the risk of waiting for available seating
