Resort Ski Packages

The following Packages are available for 2010. Packages enable you to pre-purchase your Lift Tickets, Ski Hire, Snow Sports School lessons and Oversnow Transport.

Please note Resort Packages are for Lodge Members and Guests only.

2010 Resort Package General Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions

Packages are only available to purchase prior to arrival.

Accommodation is NOT included package prices.

Any packages received after 30/6/10 will be charged at full list price.

Packages including group lessons are not available for children under 5 years old. A senior is 65 and over.

To be eligible for discounts booking must be payed in full by the date specified

Payments

Payment MUST accompany a Resort Package order form. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Direct Deposit or Cheque. After the 30/6/10 only Visa or MasterCard will be accepted.

Amendments

Once a package has been purchased, all changes to the original booking will attract a $55 amendment fee. Amendments include name and date changes. There is no charge to upgrade your package. Amendments will not be accepted less than 14 days
prior to arrival.

Cancellations

There are NO refunds on Resort packages. Charlotte Pass Village Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for costs, loss of deposits and payments made or other fees incurred due to cancellations resulting from unforeseen circumstances, medical
conditions or changes to travel plans. No packages will be transferred to the following year.

Refunds

Refunds will not be given on “no shows”, or any components of a Resort package (Lift Passes, Ski Hire, Transport or Group Lessons) that are not utilised.

Lost Tickets

Any Lift Ticket lost or misplaced will not be replaced or refunded under any circumstances.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend Travel Insurance and regard it as essential to potentially protect you against injury, loss of personal belongings, public liability and cancellation fees.

Snow Conditions

Under no circumstance can Charlotte Pass Village Pty Ltd be held responsible for snow or weather conditions. No holiday package will be recompensed due to snow conditions. Please be advised, travel insurance will not cover a cancellation based on weather conditions.

Oversnow Transport

One return transport into Charlotte Pass is included in your package.

Transport MUST be pre-booked. Failure to pre-book your return transport more than 14 days prior to arrival is a breach of these terms and conditions, and will result in the cancellation of your Resort Package. In this case no refund will be provided.
Transport times can be changed, subject to availability and payment of a $5 per person per sector fee.

Guests who do not pre-book run the risk of lengthy delays
waiting for transport. Transport can be booked from the 1st May 2009 by contacting 02 6457 5315.

Baggage Allowance

Each Oversnow Transport ticket entitles the passenger to the following baggage allowance:

1 kit consisting of:
• One piece of baggage
• One pair of skis and stocks
• One pair of ski boots

OR

• One piece of baggage
• One snowboard
• One pair of snowboard boots
