At Charlotte Pass Ski Resort we offer a wide range of lesson options to help you improve your skills. Our qualified ski and snowboard instructors have years of experience from their seasons in Australia and around the world.
Group Lessons
Charlotte Pass Ski Resort offers Group Lessons for all levels of skier and snowboarder. You will be in groups with people of similar age and ability.
Whether you want to learn to turn on the beginners area, or challenge yourself on the steeps, we have a group lesson to suit you. Group lessons for telemark and nordic skiing (classic & skate) are available on request.
Private Lessons
If you are after more personalised instruction, then Private Lessons are for you. We offer Private Lessons for downhill skiing, snowboarding, Telemark and Nordic skiing.
You can request a specific instructor, or let us match you with an instructor to perfectly suit your needs.
Think Pink Ladies Program
Would you like to ski every morning with a group of ladies of similar ability? You can explore the mountain and improve your technique in this program designed specifically for women. The Think Pink program offers video analysis of your technique, as well as champagne at the end of the week to celebrate your achievements.
Best of all, 10% of the price will go to the McGrath Foundation.
Free Ride Session
Take your skiing and riding to a whole new level. Our freestyle instructors will take you through the Freestyle Terrain Park, along cliffs and off piste. These sessions are all about riding hard… and you’ll learn a few new tricks along the way.
The Free Ride Sessions are only open to intermediate skiers and riders or higher.
Charlotte Pass Race Training
A great way for skiers and snowboarders of any age to improve their technique is through race training. A range of lessons are available teaching technical skills, race techniques, gates
and race starts. All race training is carried out by our experienced race coaches.
We also offer a 5 day Interschools Training Program – perfect for children who compete in the Interschools competition.
Kids Club Plus
This is a great opportunity for 3 & 4 year olds to start developing their skills on the hill. An instructor will collect your child from Frosty’s Kids Club, spend an hour on the snow one-on one, then drop them back to Kids Club when the lesson is finished.
